“It was convenient as we needed just a night somewhere near the Donsak Pier. Staff was lovely and got on her bike to buy us dinner. But there was a cockroach and ants in the bathroom, and the towels looked a little off colour!”

“老板人非常的好，只是这个地方离市区太远太远了，之前我们没有找到路，去超市走了很久很久都没有找到，结果去超市的路在另一条路上，这家有自己的海滩，很方便，我们虽然不是住的海景房，但是从房间到海滩不到1分钟的路程，超级方便，而且这家也有自己的吃的，咖啡，小吃，而且环境很好很好，这是我在苏梅岛住得最舒服最满意的一家酒店，下次有机会还会来的，对了，这个地方离苏梅机场打车需要一个小时哟！”

“I loved my stay from start to finish. Extended my trip to Koh Samui by 3 days and decided to stay at White Whale and I'm glad I did. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way. The room had adorable touches throughout. The private pool was the perfect place to cool down. The restaurant had free breakfast and lattes which were pretty good. And the beach was a peaceful retreat away from the loud and vibrant tourist areas. It's situated near a 7/11 which was convenient, and……

“during check-out, the front desk staff claimed that some snacks (potato chips and coconut chips) were missing from the mini bar. we've told him clearly that we never took anything from the mini bar, however he didnt take our words and insisted us to pay about 370Baht for the chips. we've spent 14000hkd on flights, 5500hkd for the 4 nights valley stay, plus mutiple meals, massage there, why on earth would we lie to get rid of the 370 Baht snacks? it is small money but the way how their staff……

“We loved our stay at Garto, it was by far our favourite resort on our travels. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The villas are large with a separate kitchen, very comfortable beds/seating area, large terrace and the most amazing, privacy screened, outdoor waterfall shower. They are also spotlessly clean with all amenities. The resort makes you feel like you are in nature with lots of greenery and a pool overlooking the sea. Breakfast was huge and cooked to order. The fruit……
