「From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX...

「The staff was phenomenal! The property was unlike anywhere we’ve ever been in Thailand. A secluded hidden spot brought us rest and relaxation. They didn’t offer alcohol which guaranteed quiet nights. The bed was cozy, sights were amazing and the pool was a delight. Well worth every penny. 」

「Absolutely stunning view overseeing the mountain range and sea. The rooms and the pool are very clean and well maintained, matching the expectations in the photos. Price is reasonable with the hotel's quality. Location wise, getting to the hotel could be a bit hectic if you are not travelling by car due to the hotel's location on a steep hill.
