「My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. 「This hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang city centre but with the shuttle bus service, it just takes less than 10 min to get there, so it's not a problem at all. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, the pool is larger than I expected and it's very clean too. Breakfast was served in room but it was not cooked at the spot.
