This is a really lovely hotel and i wish i stayed longer. Its such a great location and i was very comfortable. I felt safe and right at home

Great location and value for money

Good value for money. Large rooms sympathetically decorated and great use of the courtyard. Excellent location for the historic district. Things to improve. Staff to be quieter during night hours as the rooms are close to reception. And better insulation for the room doors.

Located in a convenient location in Fort Kochi, this hotel is homely and comfortable. The staff was kind. And there is a restaurant next door which is convenient. It was close to sightseeing and the sea, so I could take a morning walk. I would like to use it again.

Lively staff, right in the centre of Fort Kochi. Location was fantastic with loads of restaurants & cafes close by. Room had aircon which was a big bonus as we didn’t think it had it. Rooms overlook communal courtyard - big and spacious. Clean bathrooms and no issue with bugs (except mosquitos but they are everywhere in Cochin). Cons: Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty upon arrival (some had stains)

This is a decent property to stay at but their reservation system seemed to be broken when I arrived. The people at the hotel told me that I booked only one room when in fact I had two rooms booked. They later realised that the two rooms appeared as two seperate bookings on their end. Until they discovered the second booking the manager tried to pin the blame on me instead of trying to help me out.

Brilliant location and adequate comfort

Fantastic location more than makes up for some niggles in terms of facilities and maintenance (broken toilet paper holder, water from room cleaning pooling outside the room, no hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom). The house has a lot of character and there is a nice seating place on the terrace. As a homestay, this is really good, as long as one doesn't expect the same level of service as a hotel. The best part is that it is within walking distance of most of the interesting places in Fort Kochi, barring the Synagogue and the Dutch Palace.

Amazing room!

Brilliant room and location. The staff were extremely diligent in cleaning thw whole building. Also provided good service. The only downside was the mosquitoes, but everything else was near perfect!

Great hotel, excellent location, unhelpful staff

The hotel was in an excellent location in the centre of Fort Cochin. Our room was basic, but comfortable. I booked a garden view room, but we got a room that looked onto the road. The staff weren't often present at the hotel, and weren't there when we checked out. They had said the day before they would be there in the morning to book us a taxi to the airport, but were no where to be found in the morning.

Excellent central position for cafes

Hotel is in wonderful position in a quiet road just off the central area. Rooms are small and basic but ok for price. We arrived to see the New Year celebrations and were in the ideal place to walk to them.
