“Almost like a cabin/mobile home accommodation. It was very clean and modern. We had no issues checking in. Although it is a short walk to the nearest station and only 2 stops to shinjuku it felt far out of the city, and it was in a very residential area. Additionally, the walls are like paper and you could hear other guests in the early hours of the morning. For the same price there is better accommodation located closer to the city. It was nice but personally wouldn’t recommend over other……

“The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful.
The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. It has a washer machine without dryer feature. The heater in the shower can dry the clothes.

“Overall, everything was excellent: the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient. We truly appreciated these aspects.
However, I found the mattress to be too soft, which made it less comfortable for me. In addition, during my 11‑night stay, I noticed that cleaning service required an extra charge. I feel that it would be better if cleaning could be provided at least once or twice during a longer stay without additional cost.”

“First of all, this is not a hotel, completely not. I booked this accommodation like one month ago before the trip, they will send you a form for submitting your personal information so that they will get you the key information and you have to enter the room by yourself.
However, they didn’t give me anything after submitting the form so I send another email to them for enquiry one day before arrival.
On the arrival day they send me the same form then I submitted again but they replied that……

The staff provide excellent service. It's located away from main streets and busy commercial areas, so it's quiet and great for a restful sleep. A truly comfortable hotel to stay at."

"The air conditioner doesn’t work not because of the heat wave. There is room with proper and well functioned air conditioner! The staff helped us to change the room even at midnight, we really can’t stand for a room with 25.5 degree and 80% humidity. The gym is spacious and well equipped. You need to pay for the swimming pool even you are hotel guest. The staff are willing to show you the pool. The location is prefect!"

"The hotel room is good. Having said that, there were a lot of people queuing up to check-in at peak hours. I chose this hotel because of the location and the high rating for the breakfast. But I do not think the breakfast is really that good. I have been staying in more than 5 different 5-star hotels in Tokyo in the past 10 years. Many Japanese brand hotels typically offer reasaonably priced and delicious breakfast. The breakfast we had at this hotel was good, but not outstanding. Choice of food was ok. Problem being out of 5 days we had to wait for 4 days for at least 20 minutes before we could be seated. Two days we chose the Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurant to avoid the queue but only the first time we did not have to wait, the second day we waited for more than 20 minutes before we could be seated and then we waited for another 20 odd minutes for the food. At maximum the hotel could open 4 venues but only the first two days during our stay that they opened all four venues. For the rest of the days they just opened 2 venues. We were disappointed with this arrangement. WIth the number of rooms in the hotel and the number of guests who have already paid for the breakfast, I think the hotel can definitely have a better planning and arrangement to make guests having a better experience to enjoy their breakfast. For travellers breakfast is important as usually they will have a long day outside. Hence I think we will not choose to stay in this hotel again."
