"The hotel is perfect, we loved it!!! The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast that was very weird and the fact that there was nothing to eat around the hotel, only very bad and expensive restaurants "

"Room is huge by Japan standard, a great resort feel. Did not used the Pool. The staffs were really helpful and quite observant! Foods in the buffer and Italian restaurant were great, of course good stuffs don't come cheap. The location is good, as it was intended for outdoor activities. Just that getting around would require transportation (car)."

"受付カウンターの裏に書類や物が山積みで汚い。部屋のエアコンはすごい動作音、外もうるさく、部屋に耳栓が　置いてある。ベッドは硬く畳の様。風呂の湯だけはラドンと天然温泉で素晴らしいが、風呂の掃除もされておらず、石鹸シャンプーは４席に一つ、とにかく人がちゃんとやればできるところが全くされておらず、これで素泊まり二人で１９０００はボリすぎ"
