We loved this hotel. The out door hot springs were beautiful, and it had beautiful views of MT Fuji and the nearby lake.

Exceeded all expectations. Firstly time at ryokan and by far it's my favorite part of my Japan trip. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed. The baths were amazing. Highly recommend.
