「我们选择的是BF房型，一家三口出游，小朋友3岁；酒店位于芭提雅海滩，紧邻海关入境窗口，便于入境后办理入住；酒店门口随时可以召唤到岛上的出租；酒店环境优美，有一个泳池（含儿童泳池，无水滑梯），餐厅食物比较可口，泰餐纯正。服务水准较高，客房服务的反应时效是我遇到过最快的，从电话应答到酒店服务人员到门口，仅用时3分钟；若有机会再次前往丽贝岛，会再次选择该酒店！」

「all good, clean room, great service, the only thing was going up a balcony for breakfast for a couple of days, but the last few days was right at the resort with a magnificent view, breakfast was good, good food too, can't say anything wrong, rooms have a very good Thai character not like a typical hotel room, love it, and recommended」

「房間很小，浴室老舊很髒，打開水龍頭水是黃色的，馬桶會搖晃，使用空間非常小，不時會撞到桌角床角。早餐很差沒有選擇，我入住101號房，打開門窗只能看到大樹，應該是我用訂房網訂房，所以都會給房型較差的，定了兩個晚上共付10,000左右泰銖，非常不值得」

「在要出發前一晚接到Hotels.com來信告知，原本要入住的(Harmony Bed and Bakery)不能接待在我們預定停留的那幾天中，並如果同意的話，會安排我們移往該民宿的姊妹飯店Bundhaya Resort入住，並且不用加收任何費用，當然我們會很樂意這樣安排。而到當地後才知道原來Harmony B&B民宿在裝修中，所以才無法入住，也還好它們有這安排讓我們享受到度假村的風情，雖然我沒入住Harmony B&B，但感覺他們處理客戶很妥當，並幫我們安排到其他渡假村入住很享受，而親自走往Harmony B&B看看，其地點是接近Sunrise beach，離步行街也很近，而對面就有生鮮市場可買水果或是小吃都很方便，樓下就有ATM。」

「靠近海邊，而且職員非常友善和會幫忙，英文也說得流利。另外他們知道我們轉房間時漏了東西，非常仔細的搵。 他們有提供島上的士服務，而且走時下大雨他們都細心提供雨傘和大車，車我們到碼頭。希望將來再住」
