"We spent four nights on Long Set Beach and absolutely loved it. The beach itself is stunning — white sand, clear blue water, and easily the nicest spot we found on the island.
The hotel served good food, and there were one or two casual bars and restaurants within walking distance, which made evenings really easy. They’re also in the process of building a new bar and reception area at the hotel (the noise was minimal and away from the rooms so didn’t bother us).
The staff were great throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and arranged both a boat trip and our ferry tickets without any hassle.
Overall, a beautiful location with lovely service — we’d happily stay again."
"This was a perfect island get away. The staff was exceptional. The owners were involved. More like a family affair with a wonderful community feel. Over the Holidays they organized games in the restaurant to include everyone (I was solo and never felt left out). I even had a medical issue and the owner and a local pulled me aside and gave me some excellent and very timely information that saved me from some real problems. I extended my stay even longer, which was lucky as they were booked out all the other days."
