Our little cabin was great! The air conditioning worked well and quickly. We had enough room to organize our belongings. The property was under construction- didn’t bother us- we appreciate that they were improving it. We found the location very convenient and close to the ferry terminal. The swimming pool was lovely!!! The only thing lacking for us was a TV-

Convenient location but not very customer friendly

Good price and convenient location if taking the ferry from Mae Nam pier. Room with a fan and not a/c, very warm at night and would recommend taking a room with a/c if staying. Checked out at 11am but ferry was not until 5pm. Left suitcases at reception and asked for towels until 4pm to use either by the pool or the beach but was told no. I even suggested using the towels from the room which were similar to beach towels but was told no. Very little flexibility shown towards guests; disappointing experience and wouldn’t be returning or recommending.

Quiet hideout close to the ferry

If your route takes you to the islands up north, this is the perfect place to stay for a couple nights. Quiet and just five minutes to the peer. The facilities are decent and the staff was always available and helpful. A recommendation.

Tolle Bleibe!!

Worst hotel ever, no room service and very old and dirty look and feel, booked months in advance and when I got there they told me they were full and moved me to another hotel, I should of stayed there as it was so much better

notte a Ko samui

A budget hotel, rooms are adequate, cold shower but the bed had beautiful white sheets .The pool was clean with a jacuzzi ,lovely. Walk out the back of the hotel to one of the best beaches on Samui or to the ferry .

Lovely spot, very quiet

Really nice hotel although a little 'off the beaten track'. Very friendly staff, good food and great value for money. The restaurant across the road (owned by the same family that run the supermarket during the day!) was very tasty and cheap.

A rejeter complètement.

Phalarn Inn - Not recommended

There's basic and then there is staying in a breeze block shed and this is what the cheapest bungalows felt like. I wouldn't have minded basic, if it was clean but there was brown grime up the tiled wall in the bathroom, hair on the shower and crusty soap scum on the bathroom shelf. It was also very small. To be fair the more expensive bungalows looked better although I didn't go inside. The only plus point for me was the location, a minutes walk to the ferry but that is all I would recommend the Phalarn Inn for.

Gorgeous Hotel, but a little disappointed

The staff, when they were there, were so helpful and lovely. We upgraded to a lovely big hut from a bungalow, but unfortunately the bathroon hadn't been cleaned. It is a bit out the way of things but if you dont mind a walk, like us, you will be fine.

Little Piece of Paradise

Stayed for 4 nights in November, the staff are so friendly and the food was truely fantastic. We really enjoyed our time there and loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. make sure you upgrade to a garden bungalow rather than a hut, the owners also arranged our transfer back to bangkok. truely amazing experience.
