"It was a perfectly nice property, and was in a really good location. However, communications with the host were really poor, and check-in was a huge fiasco. I think they tried to provide check-in information to my home phone number, but obviously, as a traveller, I had no access to my home phone number. There was no other way to get in contact with this host. They provided us a phone number in the booking info, but we called it and it turned out to be the wrong number. We had to plead with the...
