“Nice and quiet place to stay. Beautiful breakfast every morning. However, share bath is a bit inconvenient.”

“The price is reasonable. Overall experience is ok. Free parking is available. The cats there are cute. Amenities are quite good as well. The Internet TV did not work, but the staff cannot anything with it. It’s not a big deal though. Meal time is quite limited. The hotel facilities are quite wore out, but it’s a 100 year plus premises.”

“You can find pretty much everything expected from a traditional Japanese onsen hotel here: Both public and rental onsen, traditional Japanese cuisine which is delicious, friendly and helpful staffs and spacious room. The only downside is the hotel is located uphill, but they provide shuttle bus from the station upon reservation, which is nice.”

“Perfect experience highly recommended flawless experience on everything”

“A very disappointed experience! I booked this resort on Hotels.com, which clearly mentioned the room was equipped with private onsen. However, when we arrived the staff told us that there was a failure on the water pump and they couldnt provide onsen water! The only solution they had offered was some PUBLIC onsen entries on its surrounding area…. This is totally unacceptable and disappointed that we drove so far to here and they couldnt provide this particular service, with no compensation and……
