This completely renovated 4-bedroom belle-étage villa is in a quiet location, yet only a good 7-minute walk from the sea and the shopping centre. Wi-Fi available. Pets not allowed. On the ground floor: a hall, modern living room/dining room, separate fully equipped kitchen, toilet. On the 1st floor: Renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 rooms with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed for 3 people, a room with a single bed and a pull-out bed.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
