「Väldigt tillmötesgående personal som hjälpte oss med tidig incheckning för att underlätta för våra katter. Det uppskattar vi verkligen! Allt fungerade smidigt, när det uppstod frågor löste de dem väldigt fort. 」

「A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect.」

「The suites in the main castle are a special experience. The only negative would be the several stairs to climb to get from the reception to the room in the chateau.」

「Im allgemeinen gut bis sehr gut. Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend. ruhiges Zimmer. Also Rollstuhl Fahrer, war ein Lift vorhanden, der aber mal gewartet werden müsste. Personal war sehr freundlich. Speisekarte könnte auch in Deutsch gemacht werden. Roland Schubert 」
