Wohnung toll/ Verwaltung eine Katastrophe

Die Buchung sollte über die Kreditkarte gezahlt werden, welche hinterlegt ist. Die Verwaltung Renters.PL verweigert dies und unterstellt sogar Nichteinlöung. Habe dies von meiner Bank prüfen lassen: haltlose Unterstellung. Es hat kein Belastungsversuch seitens Renters.PL stattgefunden! Dann wollte ich den Aufenthalt verlängern. Ein Fehler, wie sich herausstellte, denn wieder wurde die Belastung der Kreditkarte abgelehnt! Telefonisch ist Renters.PL nicht erreichbar und im Chat oder Mailverkehr hat man das Gefühl, dass hier einer nicht weiß, was der andere tut. Auf Nachfrage, wieso die Kreditkarte nicht genutzt werden kann, bekommt man keine Antwort. Dafür bekomme ich aber einen Link geschickt, um mich bei einem polnischen Zahlungsportal anzumelden. Allerdings ist dies nicht möglich, da die Landesvorwahl der Handynummer mit 0048 voreingestellt und nicht überschreibbar ist und eine Registrierung somit nicht möglich war..... ich könnte noch weiter erzählen.... so wird aus Urlaub Stress! Nie wieder!
