A equipe do hotel é extremamente cordial, gentil e discreta. O café da manhã é bom, servido na mesa e com café feito na hora, de acordo com a sua escolha (nas fotos um Americano...

「First off you need to be an adventurous traveler. You must have an SUV or 4x4 or you will never get there. You will find yourself in a remote area in the beautiful Alps of Albania. The visual experience is spectacular. This is a great experience that only a few will appreciate. Once you finally arrive the family is extremely gracias and they make sure you are well fed...breakfast, lunch and dinner! This is included. If you like to hike or just sit outside and enjoy the magnificent beauty of...

「Staff was like personally assigned concierge people at you every wish. Need anything, it is not a problem. We will get it, store it, fix it, make it. I've never encountered such willing, capable, organized, and beautiful hearted people.」

「viaggio di coppia, bellissima esperienza」

「Excellent service, excellent breakfast, very good position of the city. I will be back again for sure.」

「Condition of the rooms is far from great. No view from the room , just a small high window. Very good restaurant - we had dinner twice and every time was really tasty.」

「This hotel is one that I would recommend to others based upon its cleanliness and its location in a safe part of the city as well as close to restaurant options. I was able to walk from the bus drop off to the hotel in about seven minutes. I would recommend this hotel to other people without any hesitation.」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Exalco and honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews I read before coming here. After experiencing the hotel myself, I can say that the reality was completely different. One thing I noticed in Albania is that many hotels and resorts are family-run. You can really see how much hard work goes into running a place like this every single day. During my stay, there were so many tourists arriving and leaving, yet the staff were constantly working to make...
