"Very comfortable, clean hotel, excellently located within walking distance to Jewish Quarter and approx 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t rate it. Staff were very attentive and friendly. As it was NYE when we were there, the hotel surprised us with a box of chocolates and a HNY greeting - a very thoughtful gesture. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Krakow. "

"We had a wonderful stay here during Christmas week. You really can't beat the location as it's right in the main square that contains the cloth hall, St. Mary's Basilica and many great shops and restaurants. It also host's the amazing annual Christmas Market. Our room was clean, cozy and well stocked every day of our stay. Kudo's to the housekeeping staff for doing such a great job. The front desk staff (especially Vlad who works in the evenings) were always friendly and happy to answer our questions and make arrangements for us. The breakfast spread is a nice way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. We felt Betmanowska Main Square Residence was a great value for the price we paid."

Checked in early as room was ready , friendly efficient service from the staff Room lovely and immaculate Food areas fantastic , bar areas super also especially for a cocktail .. Hot choc, tea coffee in the lobby a brilliant idea and we loved it . Could not fault this hotel & staff 👌"
