「Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi...

Kids are enjoying full-day. We will come again next year with my family. Only a criticize for the hotel is the alcohols were not good enough! The taste of the drink&coctails is like water! Probably the reason is full-inclusive concept however the management should rethink about drinks problem. 」
