i stayed here for 6 days and during my last night. in the middle of the night. somebody is ringing on my room doorbell and i thought i was dreaming. then, there is a phonecall from the desk officer asking me to open the door because the hotel room next to me broke their electricity and they have to check the fuse which is in my room. it would be alright if the hotel staff know how to apologize for the inconvenience. but NO, he spoke like this " Mam we need you to open the door because we need to fix the electric fuse". and i was like," what??are you sure?". the next day, it seemed like nothing happened.

Location is not easy grab car, taxi charge is double or triple of grab car fee. Then sometime no GraB car around the hotel !!
