On the upper floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 balcony. The attic, which you reach via stairs, offers additional space for 2 people. You can park directly under the carport at the chalet.
Kötschach-Mauthen is located at the upper end of the Carinthian Gailtal, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, belongs to the Nassfeld - Pressegger See tourist region and offers a small family ski area with 6 kilometers of slopes as well as restaurants, shops, all hiking and cycling tours, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool (Aquarena water and wellness oasis). The well-known Sun Skiworld Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometers of slopes and 30 lifts is approx. 25 km away (accessible with the free ski bus).
