Given a Bad room with lots of problems

We were given a room with issues with AC (only Automatic mode with no remote), heater not working, phone not working, and no safe. These are a lot of things to adjust with, that to at a steep price that we paid. Breakfast included was very basic.

Good value for money.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and lovely. This place has a traditional tropical feel. It's a bit of a walk to Ao Nang beach but we enjoyed the exercise and the walk. Its right on the road and was a little noisy especially with all the motorbikes. I'd probably not worry about the breakfast next time - was pretty average especially as there are so many good and cheap pancake and fruit stalls nearby. All in all excellent value for money with large rooms and huge clean bathrooms and separate toilet!

Nice Place

Relaxing place, away from hustle and bustle of the main strip yet only 10 minutes walk away. Good friendly staff,spacious bedroom,swimming pool . Decent breakfast. Could do with a lick of paint and replacement of sunbeds,but nothing major. Would definitely stay here for a another stay.

the room was spacious. however, we found a blood spot on a blanket and some unwashable dirt in boiling pot. 15 min walk to the beach. good atmosphere. staff are helpful.

Extraordinario

Cuando llegamos nos recibieron con un trago de bienvenida. Nivel aceptable de inglés de todas las recepcionistas. Habíamos reservado una habitación con camas separadas y sin desayuno (aunque somos pareja) porque era más económica. Inmediatamente nos ofrecieron la matrimonial pues la tenían disponible e insistieron en que la tomáramos. El lugar en sí es muy tranquilo. Son solo 10 habitaciones en total y una piscina. Queda a un par de minutos caminando de la avenida principal y a 15 de la zona de los restaurantes. Para nosotros no fue problema dado que no queríamos caminar y teníamos presupuestado gastar en taxi o tuc tuc (100-150 baths). La habitación súper grande, buen aire acondicionado. Linda sala de baño. Personal agradable. Desayuno americano que te preparaban especialmente. Lo recomiendo totalmente!!! lo amé.

Nice Thai style accommodation

Stayed for 4 nights. Quiet location within walking distance of bars, restaurants and beach, but best to get a boat to a nicer beach. Air con stopped working on 2 nights otherwise very happy with service and facilities at Cha Wan. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. Used pool a couple of times, small but good to cool off in.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Cha wan - the room was perfect for our needs - it is huge as is the bathroom! and there were plenty of good restaurants close by. Breakfast was lovely and Ra was a perfect ray of sunshine in the mornings.

High recommendations

Very nice hotel, small and comfortable.I was suprised roomy bath room and verande. Clear smimming pool, a lot of trees and 2 small ponds with fishes make cozy atmosphere.Staff was very friendly and professional. Good location- silent place but close to beach, only 10 min walking.My high recommendations!

This place is special

Large quiet rooms, all up only 10 rooms makes this resort ideal if you want to spend a relaxing vacation. This place is far enough from the noise of Ao Nang beach walk but close enough to be able to walk. Breakfast is pretty decent, they serve freshly prepared eggs and other items.

Good service, clean, location abit far

Huge bathroom, clean, but location a bit far. You need about 10mins to walk to the end of road to have food, shop etc and another 10mins walk to the beach. But you can take tuk tuk and pay 30baht per person.

Great place. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cha Wan was a one nighter as Id missed the ferry to phi phi and this resort was recommended as being one of the more authentic. That it was. Picturesque villas set into a hilly nicely landscaped terrain around an appealing pool. It's not beachfront resort but a 10 minute walk down the hill to the beach and shops. Didnt have the corporate feel but more of a family style of operation which I liked. Cannot fault the staff in any way. Breakfast possibly a little too much food, all very good. Would certainly stay again.

Small boutique hotel in a peaceful location

Stayed here before and will definitely return. Huge rooms with massive bed, lots of storage space and a big bathroom with separate shower and bath. Big, private terrace/balcony with lento of seating. Pool fairly small but large enough for a small 10 room hotel, with plenty of sunloungers and he's the sun all day. Located just 5 mins stroll from the busy centre of Ao Nang, but with great restaurants just 100m away!! Lovely, friendly staff.

Nice hotel but a bit far from beach

Hotel is nice with great ambient but tuck a bit away from the beach and it takes about 10-15min walk to the main road. The room is clean and the staffs are nice and helpful.

プールはホテルの入口，フロント近くにある。とても小さい。あまり泳ごうと思えるものではない。 山を少し上る場所にあるので静かだが，街や海まで15分～20分徒歩でかかる。 部屋はお風呂とトイレが別だが，立てつけが悪くトイレのドアが閉まらなかった。 掃除は行き届いており，清潔。 お風呂は広かった。 朝食はパンケーキやオムレツなどを選びフルーツや飲み物はセルフでとるようになっていた。朝食は豪華でなく一般的。 宿泊費は年末のため高かったのかもしれないが，朝食やホテルの部屋や庭，ロケーションを考えると一泊2万円は高すぎる。

Charming little boutique resort

We stayed here for the last two days of our honeymoon. The suite was superb.. Spacious and private. It's a quiet, quaint place within walking distance of the beach. The staff were extremely polite, efficient and prompt. We hired a scooty from the resort at a very reasonable price as well. Breakfast buffet is small but satisfying. Would definitely be going back next time we're in Krabi. My only regret is that we did not spend enough time at this hotel.

Chan Wan Resort

The hotel room was excellent. It was large and had a private balcony. The en suite was very good with a separate toilet. The bed was fine and the decor delightful. We stayed just the one night and ate in the restaurant. It was not good and both of us left much of our meal. Likewise breakfast was fairly poor. That said, the excellent staff served us in our room to help us leave early and maybe it might have been better had we used the restaurant at a later hour. There are quite a few steps in the hotel and for anybody in any way infirm it would be unsuitable.

非常差，不知道好评在哪里

1.非常吵，因为酒店后面有个常年开着的发电机，每间房都一样，不知道有人评价安静是怎么回事2.外观不错，但是内部非常脏而且旧，被子是灰色的3.游泳池非常脏，有虫子，而且极小4.入住时酒店告知300泰铢一晚加床，结果付款时变成600泰铢一晚，我只是询问为何涨价，前台态度非常不好的告诉我不付款就叫警察来罚款
