The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the modern Browar Kleparz investment at Zbożowa Street. The showcase of the investment is the restored, historic building of the Archduke Brewery of the Habsburg family. In the immediate vicinity there is Nowy Kleparz, and the area is characterized by numerous green terraces (the Kleparski Park is located opposite the building).
