“Insgesamt kein Best Western Standard. Unfreundlicher Service an der Rezeption. Die Tischdecken im Früstücksraum waren sehr dreckig. Es gab nur Toast oder pappelige weiße Brötchen, keine Körnerbrötchen. Ansonsten war alles da. Bei Abreise um 4 Uhr morgens gab es keine Frühstücksbox mit der frechen Bemerkung ich hätte ja keine geordert. Wenn ich mich um 4 Uhr wecken lasse und ein Taxi bestelle, gehe ich davon aus, da es noch kein Frühstück gibt, das man mir etwas anbietet.”

“Good location. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Air con/heating. Convenient store on corner. This is not a ‘hotel’ it is a floor of a building converted into rooms. This did not bother us. We had noisy neighbours one night which may indicate thin walls. Take ear plugs.”

“I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming.
The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.”
