「Wonderful location, with convenient access to the lake and many restaurants, bars, etc. My wife and I were able to go cross country skiing on frozen Grand Lake, which is just a few hundred feet away. Rental is very clean and modern throughout. The owner, Erick, is very kind and a good communicator. We had a great time and hope to return again soon!」

Very walkable to slopes daily. Little Bit of a hike going up 3 flights of stairs but property offers wagons to help with trip From car to condo. Very prompt responses from manager. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Loved the open floor plan. After day on slopes that we could walk to we were able to come back cook and still be with the entire family. There was 9 of us and we were all able to watch movies every night together.. would 💯 recommend this place to anyone 😊」

「Murphy bed maximized use of space. Deck looked over the pool which was nice. Though a bit uphill, it was wonderful to be able to walk to the gondola. Unit has plenty of dishes and pans. We would stay here again.」

「Fabulous condo- better than the pictures and description. We loved it. It is so close to the steamboat ski resort- easy shuttle over. Location is between the ski resort and the downtown steamboat springs area. Exceeded our expectations by a lot. We will definitely be back. 」

「Good amenities, and probably used to be very nice. It’s still good, but this hotel could use a facelift and the addition of a bar/restaurant to become great. Free breakfast was advertised but actually not included.」
