Everything is fine and perfect. Good location, somehow quiet and calm. High end standing room. However, amenities can be improve. As it was brand new apartment, WiFi and TV were not in function. Good value price.

New and spacious room, wash&dry laundry machine is useful. Great location, close to mrt and monorail. Comfortable bed. Nice deco.

Really leave it a year or dont bother
I dont know where to begin, in 40 years of international travel and 100 nights abroad last 12 months, this was the worst experience i have had at hotels.com.It took 3 days and 3 meetings to get in to view , the apot had no gas to cook , no kettle ,no wifi as advertised. The representative from Kl suites avoided calls didnt turn up for meetings and when i expressed interest in 2 bedroom suite said not available, then doubled the price, and said it was( i saw her text to a collegue stating that" please increase to 300 ringlets a night as ....... was interested for long stay). I know rent an appt thats great in the same building for 6 months. The block is great the price good but they are not up and running at this point and they should be taken down from your site until the can do as advertised.... and im being overly generous to them

First family trip feel disappointed ☹️
First I’m waiting for agent to gve card room is very late..i’m waiting almost 3 hours to checking in..then when check in room look undone & not cleaning yet by housekeeping !! So disappointed ..nice room to stay..but service need to upgrade..

Took 3 hours to check in and 2 hours to check out as agent would not pick up call and we had to wait. They refuse to return my deposit by cash until I made a police report.

燈是壞的,爐頭是壞的,焗爐也是壞,很差。聯絡人的表達能力很差,沒跟我們說清楚住宿的地方安排。沒交代清楚房間的注意事項。Lobby太晚是沒有升降機,要走到另一邊才能上房間。
