This property is amazing!! We were actually booked at the Mandarin Oriental and last minute changed our minds when my wife came across the hotel. Best decision as the EQ offers true modern 5 Star accommodations and service. As a frequent traveler familiar with many top tier global brands who had reservations booking with a relatively unknown brand like EQ, you can be assured that you will value your stay here. We took some time during our short trip to check out some other notable properties close by and they were outdated and underwhelming.

Loved the EQ; only thing lacking for 5 star is nicer/larger pool area but they did the best with the space they have. Otherwise amazing hotel with amazing attentive staff! Will definitely be back again!

This was a great hotel, but I am written a rare review as it will matter to many others that the rooms are too hot. The air-conditioning does not go below 19degrees which is unusual for a hotel that is 5*, especially in Asia. The only hotel we had where the air conditioning was set high. They checked it worked but were unable to change it. We did move to another room that didn't have the sun on it all day, which helped a bit.

We just get back from Christmas getaway in Kuala Lumpur. We arrived before check in time - our flight landed early morning -, just only to drop our luggage. However the front desk lady immediately processed our check in procedure that run very smooth. Indeed a very nice gesture. Entering our room, we were surprised and happy that we were given the corner room with view to KL Tower and also Petronas Tower. Love it! The room is so spacious, modern, luxurious and nicely designed with COMPLETE amenities for our 2-night stay. Love the wooden floor. The bed is super comfy and pillows are firm yet comfortable. We were also helped when we were looking for early morning transportation to airport. Hotel's limousine is clean and smells good. The driver is also nice and genuinely polite. We are pretty sure that we will back again to EQ Kuala Lumpur. Kudos to all crew at EQ Kuala Lumpur!!!

The room is spacious and clean . The design is modern looking . My parents and I enjoyed our stay there . Only downside is that the walk to pavilion mall was not fully sheltered .

the room is spacious and very clean. staffs are super nice. the Gym is awesome, and the swimming pool has a very nice view to the TV tower. next to big shopping malls and a lot of good restaurant nearby. the only drawback is that the rooftop bar is not casual, you can just go there to relax, you need to book it and dress up.

I love the hotel & room amenities compared to some high-rating hotels. Perfectly fulfill my healing needs. I don't like the towel replacement. On the day of arrival, the towels are all good. But the replacement towels were ripped version here & there. I also don't like the coffee stain mark on the table. I thought the room service didn't wipe the table properly. The table is actually clean, but the stain mark can't be removed. Might as well just remove the table
