Our stay at this property was very pleasant. We had a room with a king bed and sofa bed, which was made up upon arrival. Daily breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to travelers to Kuala Lumpur.

Good location. Buffet breakfast was delicious, room was clean and beds were super comfortable even the sofa beds. I loved the option of having a firm and soft pillow. I strongly recommend the place and would definitely stay here again.

This is our preferred hotel in KL but sadly, we see a drop in standard. Firstly, we were quite disappointed with the room given to us - the smallest we had over the years of staying there! We did not want to bother the staff for a change as it wasn't really a big deal. Check-in was easy and quick. Next, the room itself needs a make-over. Bed was comfy but the pillows (although clearly marked soft and firm on the pillow cases) need to be retired - we really could not tell the difference between the two! Bath towels need to be retired as well - they've started fraying at the ends so did not look so pleasant. Could we at least be given 2 hand towels in the bathroom? Not sure if we're supposed to share the one piece that is given?! Also, there was only one pair of bedroom slippers - shouldn't it be 2 pairs? To be fair, one more pair appeared the next day! Of course, we know we could have made requests to housekeeping, but shouldn't these be quite a standard thing? We're grateful for the sahur spread each night; if I can remember my previous stays, it looks like the sahur spread is a scaled-down version of the morning breakfast? Couldn't find sausages, yoghurt, pancakes. We would probably continue to stay here when we are in KL next time as the hotel location is excellent.

The hotel was clean and one of the few that passes my white glove test for dust on the day that I arrive. The room had all of the amenities that I need including slippers because really who thinks about bringing their slippers with them on vacation. The staff at the front desk are helpful and knowledgeable about transportation to and from the tourist sites. The hotel is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the metro station for one line and a 10-minute walk to the other line but of course you can get connecting lines to go anywhere in the city. The popular street with a lot of street food and restaurants is also only a 5-minute walk. The breakfast included had a large variety of food choices to accommodate people from many different cultures who choose different kinds of breakfast foods. I didn't find this out until a week into my stay but you can also request one of the staff people to make fried eggs for you if you don't like the scrambled eggs that are provided in the buffet. This hotel was the best thing about my vacation in Kuala Lumpur. I'll never go back to this city because it's oppressively hot and overrated as a tourist destination. But it was great to have a nice comfortable hotel to relax in when I took a break from the heat and stayed at my hotel.

The reception 2 girls were very friendly with a smile and crystal clear in what they said and explained. Also going to the room a girl by the liftb showed us how to use the lift (!) and took us all the way to the Room ans helped with the luggage as well holding the door as well. The BREAKFAST was super excellent- out of this world and tyhe staff there v friendly- the Lady at the entrance was very wellcoming with qaq sweet smile

The location is outstanding for the price. Breakfast is good value as an inclusion. The rooms although small are laid out to ensure all needs are taken care of. Only thing missing is a pool! Fitness centre is great!!

Room was clean, quiet with all the usual facilities. We had a room on 2nd floor facing the main road, but traffic noise was not a problem. That’s the good thing. Problems: (1) BREAKFAST. This was a lesson in human nature. It was PACKED. No tables and queues for the food. People bumping into one another with plates piled high (because the food was “free”). It was a dreadful and stressful experience. I’m sure the staff felt so too, they couldn’t clear the tables or put out food fast enough. The situation was a lot better in the two periods 6.30-7.00 and 10.10-10.30 (as long as you didn’t mind stepping over food spilt on the floor). This event every morning stressed me out for the rest of the day. (2) LIFTS. There are 7 lifts. One is for “office use only”, two were broken, leaving 4 lifts to disgorge over 500 rooms full of people, particularly bad at breakfast, check in and check out times. We had a room on the second floor (only one floor above reception) and I asked at the desk where the stairs were, as it would have been a lot quicker to use them. However I was told we HAD to use the lifts. There was a staircase but it was behind closed fire doors for use only in an emergency (although I found some members of staff using them. (3) The picture of the exterior of the hotel on the Expedia website is misleading. There is NOT jungle opposite and behind the building as in the doctored photo, but just more high rise buildings. Overall, a dreadful experience.

The room is super noisy, due to poor insulation, and I given queen size room despite of my original booking was twin single. Front desk giving excuses that room fully occupied. Poor experience and highly unlikely will stay in this hotel during next trip.

If you're looking for a decent place, nothing fancy, this is a good place. Has good amenities and is clean. Walking distance from the malls and booking grab was easy. Only thing we didn't like was the bathroom. It's small and the toilet bowl wobbled.

The check-in timing is at 3pm instead of what's stated in Expedia (2pm). Anyway, due to the lack of cleaners (the hotel claimed it to be), the waiting time for the room was long. Breakfast variety isn't alot, but they tasted good. However do note that the replenishing of food takes very long. Room (ours at 11th floor) has a good view, but not soundproof; we could still hear the vehicles in the room. Toiletries (shower, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste) will be provided.

Staff at front desk including manager on duty was so rude and didn’t care about customer on 12/09/2023 my flight was in the morning and when I got to the hotel around 9:30am I asked them if can let me check in lady said no which I totally understand and she said come back after 2pm instead of at least try to make the check in little earlier how ever when I go back to hotel at 2:20 pm I was told my room was still not ready and then I went out again with my luggage and came back @ 5:20 pm which means I have been roaming around for little more them 8 hours lady told me sit on the side let me check with housekeeping if the room is ready and I stood on the side for 15 minutes but she still didn’t give me answer nor by manager who was standing by her whole time however while I was standing by three customers checked in finally I walked out to manager and asked him are you gonna give me room or no because I reserve the room three weeks ago at around 6pm he gave me room with out any apologies for long long 8 hours wait and them flowing morning I saw two different people checked in around 8am wow that’s makes me feel so bad and feel like been so discriminated I have been staying at ihg company especially holiday inn around the world but this made me do t want to stay with them anymore

The front desk is at level 1. There are a few steps to the lift, and the walkway is uneven. And it made me fall in front of the door going to the lift because they had removed the carpet. Apparently, after the incident, someone put the rug back in place. They should consider safety precautions for the guests. Because of the incident, I injured my ankle. I ended up getting treatment at the TCM nearby at my own expense.
