The staff were excellent, very nice and helpful. The area felt safe and it was easy to get to public transport or walk everywhere if you want to. Perfect place to rest for a couple of nights while exploring KL.
Cheap and good hotel, has parking right in front and a lot of food stuff nearby, rooms are clean and WiFi is fast, Aircond is clean and well maintained as well

albergo ben tenuto e pulito. volevo prolungar il soggiorno ma hanno chiuso due gioni e in pratica mi hanno mandato via.
There only things going for this hotel, from a western perspective, are a large, private, air conditioned room and the location. Location is close to many markets and street restaurants, all of which are cheap and delicious.
Everything else was terrible. The sink drain was clogged. No amenities, not even shampoo, were provided, other than two towels and cups. The hot water didn’t run. The toilet required two flushes to clear. I found two medium sized bugs, and on the second day a swarm of tiny ants had invaded my room. Service was almost nonexistent, other than the check in and check out process being extremely smooth.
Even if you just want a place to stay, i would say stay at a hostel. Those at least have better service, better amenities, and are cleaner and cheaper.
Very neat clean hotel in veryyyy reasonable price, rooms are small but have all ameneties like kettle, glass, towels, hair dryer, iron and water cooler in the lobby. Staff is very humble, polote, cooperative and nice. Highly recommended.
nice. great and comfortable stay. great aircond and wifi.

Not great...
Pros:
- good size bed,
- cost
- relatively clean
Cons:
- no window in our room, we tried swapping but they said we would have to wait around until the check out/check in crossover time but we were out during the days
- very noisy, could hear kids playing in the corridor late at night, could hear the pipes in the hotel, and the 5.30am morning prayer music from the nearby mosque, which was extremely loud on 2 of the mornings, so much so that it woke us up even with earplugs in
- the walls were stained
- the area wasn't amazing and was a 10-15 min walk to the metro.
Overall, not a great stay but was cheap. Would be alright for a couple days but not great to be there for a long time
The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean as well as the room.
Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay.
i got a standard room i think. it was okay. spacious and clean. have AC, Wifi and tv that were functioning but the wifi a bit slow. good service overall.
stayed in a room that is clean and nice. the AC works wonderfully and i had a wonderful stay. its just that there was no toilet roll in the toilet so have to go ask for one. other than that, all good.
everything is fine but i kinda have a hard time sleeping at night. not sure if it was the bed or something else. the wifi works well so i used it a lot and everything else was fine and functioning properly. it was a good short stay and would repeat. keep it up.
