Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern. Would stay here again the next time I am at KL.

It’s quite a good location and convenient for shopping as well as for sightseeing with subway stations nearby. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Check in / check out was quite easy and smooth.

Generally couldn't be faulted. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. The lobby got a bit busy with tour groups at times, but this is only to expected given the hotels position in the market and value for money room rates.

Great Hotel Location with Polite Staff

Though the hotel is undergoing renovation, the rooms and human traffic paths are properly segregated and kept very clean. Front desk and concierge are superbly polite. The hotel is just next to the Jalan Alor food street, and 5 mins walk to the Bukit Bintang station. Location is great for moving around KL.

We love this hotel. Back for a second time in less than 12 months. Lovely rooms, first rate pool and gym, nice lobby, very helpful staff, great location right near Jalan Alor and Imbi monorail station, and within walking distance of Chinatown. What’s not to like?! We won’t even consider staying anywhere else when we next visit KL.

Great hotel in unique location.

Its a very well located hotel . Just 7 minutes to pavillion mall and bukit bintang and malls . Jalan alor is minutes away . The staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are modern with good amenities. The breakfast is great . Highly recommended.

The hotel is new, good location distance walk to shopping area. Staff’s friendly. But housekeeping have to pay more attention, they might miss looks for the bedsheet and bathrobe. Overall good.

Great location (street foods or shopping centers) as well as for public transportation. Confortable and quiet rooms. A lot of choice at breakfast, quality could be improved lightly if you light traditionnal north american breakfast. It was not a big problem but some staff need more training (eggs not cooked enough, towels or tissue missing after the room was cleaned etc.). I would go back again.

This is a very nice ~4.5 star hotel in about the best location you could imagine if you like street food and lots of restaurant options. All the Jalan Alor street vendors are directly across the road and around just one corner. The restaurants are even easier, on Jalan Bukit Bintang just outside. The hotel gym and pool area are much better than you would expect, with particularly lovely gardens around the pool. The rooms and clean, large and comfortable.

New hotel, that is beautiful and luxurious. I got a room with two beds (instead of a kingsize), which is no problem. BUT how a new hotel can build rooms that have connectionsroom without lookers, i don't know. Yes if closed correctly, the others side can't open it. The door although only needed a little push and it would have been open. Further i was able to understand every word form the other side. This felt very insecure and not worth a hotel of that standard, where i want my privacy.

Newly opened clean hotel, but noisy

It's a relatively newly opened hotel, and it was clean and modern. The bedding was comfortably soft and clean, the bathroom water pressure was decent, and having a filtered drinking water tap next to the sink was convenient. They provided an iron, ironing board, and umbrellas for rent. Located right in front of Jalan Alor Food Street, it's very convenient for walking around, and the brightly lit main street made it feel safe even late at night. However, being near a night market, there was considerable noise until the early morning. While we, with less sensitive ears, slept well, those sensitive to noise might want to avoid this area. The pool was great with no crowds and plenty of large tubes available for free, but the water temperature was a bit chilly. Also, beach towels were only available for use at the pool and couldn't be taken back to the room, so you had to bring a shower gown when going down. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the concept of room charges, but I believe this can be improved in the future. However, the quality of the breakfast buffet was subpar. The variety of food was limited, and there wasn't anything particularly tasty. The value for the 45-ringgit per person charge was questionable. Additionally, during checkout, we were asked to pay an additional amount for tourism tax, which was unexpected and didn't happen at other hotels. It would have been better if they had informed us in advance.
