The hotel is nice but it would be even better if the facilities were improved especially the air conditioning and cleanliness. What I liked most is safety, the ease of booking Grab, nearby to the Malls, KL Sentral other places to must go, and staff are accomodating and kind.

This hotel is located in a great are that is walking distance to the train stations and the malls as well as the local food areas. Has a convenience store in front of it as well. Best hotel for the price it’s unbeatable compared to other hotels around.

Great value and location.

Good location, great value, free water, updated shower!, great customer service. Amazing bakery across the street. Will stay again and reccomend. However it is a little run down. Comfortable beds! Great AC

It had a strong mold odor like the AC filter had not been changed in awhile or bleach is not used for cleaning the bathroom. The room was also on a corner so it was a bit small. You get what you pay for and we slept well. Staff were very nice and helpful. I would ask to see a couple rooms if I stayed again. Very nice decor.

Old and out of date but worth the price

Very nice staff, helpful and polite. Check in went fast and smooth. Rooms are very old and out of date. Hotel and rooms have bad smell as the hotel is old and needs renovation. But this is what you get for a cheap price, so it's understandable. And for the price you pay it's definitely worth the stay. I just stayed for some hours as we arrived in KL in the morning and we needed a hotel just for some hours before we could move in to the suite i booked.

The location is good, very close to food stalls. I saw 4-5 cockroaches inside my room on the first day, I asked the reception and they gave me a cockroach spray which I sprayed for the rest of my stay. The room was decent though.
