We stayed 3 nights at Melia. The staff was helpful and kind, from the security guard outside the hotel, porter, manager, receptionist, and the housekeeping personnel. Our room is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good. At Melia, we feel like almost home. The hotel is in a strategic location for shopping, etc. We definitely stay here again when we are in KL.

The hotel is right next to the monorail station IMBI which makes it easy to go to Sentral station and then take the express train to the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. The porters are so genuinely nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Walk to lots of shopping and dining options.

For me this hôtel has à 10/10. All the staff so polite and caring, breakfast is a buffet amazing. My room was spacious-clean with a comfortably bed and a great washroom. I consider this place as a top hotel near everything central Kuala Lumpur. I'll return with no doubt here. Thank to Melia it been a great stay with you.
