We stayed at MiCasa for 7 nights. The rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. Given that KL is not a pedestrian-friendly city, the walk to the towers was ok. The room was not brand new and there was a little bit of mold in the bathroom, but the condition was fine to my standards. I recommended this hotel for a good value stay in KL.

I knew it was going to be downhill from here
wow wow wow..the room, design and location was fantastic. the bed was so comfortable that I could sleep for days. That room- so elegant and spacious ..I just knew that I would not find such a place again ..for the price, comfort and zen experience.

Had a pleasant stay. The sofa in the suite, however, had a musty smell. Faint but still noticeable when I sat on it. Very convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice stay the staff were great..can’t remember his name on the front desk (during the day )i think he was a manager but he was very helpful ..house keeping could improve as we had dirty bedding and things won’t replaced ..our highlight of our stay was Mike in the restaurant and bar give him a pay rise!!!!!

What a comfy hotel ever!! My husband said, lets come to this hotel again for the next trip to malaysia. Its close to everywhere but not in the heart of crowded place. You still can relax. And the rate so affordable for the best facility ever. Room so wide, pantry so ok for long term stay. I ask the staff to gimme more water when they makeup the room, and when i back the room, im shocked, more than 12 pcs water there. And I asked for extra towel, they gave 4 towel. 😂 What a humble staff. Thanks for your service

Very clean and well maintained property, In a safe and very good neighborhood. Its about 10-15 mins drive from the city center where you will find Petronas, KL Suriya mall and all other major attractions. Their breakfast is very good. and The inhouse restaurant is pretty good too. I highly recommend this place if you are travelling with family.

very good hotel . low density and safe.
i love this hotel. the room is so big and comfy. food in shiso was delicious too. and free parking is a plus point. can walk around the premises in the morning and afternoon in Uthant area.

I booked this hotel for my mother to stay. She was extremely happy with everything about this hotel. Afiq and his team created a great and welcoming condition for her stay. They go above and beyond to make their gust feel at home. They have been extremely helpful, professional and accommodating with even the most random requests. They even made a surprise for my mother's birthday and made her feel very special.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Location is excellent, walking distance to LRT station , the new shopping mall “The Linc “ just at the corner of Ampang Road and Tun Rasak and about 10 minutes walk to the KLCC. Plenty of pool towels available. There is a laundrette , washing machine and dryer, sandwich corner and restaurant, apart from the coffee shop.

Everything was nice, but for a 5 star hotel/experience it is not 5 stars because the rooms were full of dust! On the top of everything there was dust, I talked to the housekeeping and they said that one person has a whole day to finish 20 rooms that is too much for one person! That explains everything, he/she just quickly cleans the bed and the bathroom that’s all! A big cleaning is recommended for all rooms! For the rest good service and nice breakfast.

GREAT HOTEL
Great hotel... , Spacious room that came with a cooking hub, microwave and also fridge a freezer. In the bathroom they even provide a tooth brush and tooth paste. The breakfast was good with a variety of options..... Staff were friendly, welcoming and polite... I would definate stay again.. its near the city centre... I walked back from the petronas Towers to the hotel. They have a swimming pool and although I didn't use them.
