At first, I was a bit skeptical about this property because of the receptionist because it was located under the stairs without any proper table. But so far everything was good and up to my expectation.

Old and not well maintained

The whole block of rooms called Resort Suites are owned by a few resort organisations. Reception was just a desk under a staircase and the person in charge od Raintree wasnt even there and need to call him. Seems like timeshare apartments. The room was very old, mouldy smell and the cupboard doors are loose. It is a suite no doubt, spacious, with kitchen but dont really want to use the stuff provided. Looks like it hasnt been used for ages. Dont recommend. Definitely wont go back. Only saving grace is the huge mall next door.

从入住手续到退房，几乎都没柜面接待服务。搞卫生清洁都不及时也不是为住客着想，自己方便就是的那种。感觉不是公寓式酒店，几乎都是自己公寓。我个人不会有下一次。

The room smelled bad . Like moths balls or so. The interior, and Bed is real old and run down. Toilet was leaking water, which was all over the bathroom. The drains are clocked, and water didn't go down well. There was mold around the bathtub. Wifi was there, but did not work. It's a show run by a couple of guys. No reception. They stand in the cellar and welcome you there... Really not what one would expect when booking a room.
