Delightful stay with best location

We were skeptical prior to arriving because of some of the reviews we had read but we had an amazing experience staying at the place , The staff were friendly and considerate .The check-in experience was smooth and a member of staff was waiting to welcome us and showed us to our room. The rooms were clean and had stunning views of the twin towers. Location of the apartment is convenient since its in the same building as times square shopping mall. Would definitely recommend staying again

DO NOT CHECK IN THIS HOTEL - PATHETIC PLACE!!!

This is an apartment which has no proper management & instead run by local agents who extort money and do not provide basic services like Wifi , Fresh Towel, bedsheets. Once checkin they will ask for deposit and assure everything is ok. Later on they will not clean room and also no wifi. There is no single person to complain. People are : John and his supervisor Robinson who have "no care attitude" . During checkin there is wait for more than 1 hour and local security guards would not allow to enter the premises unless room key is given and pax are made to stand outside! We stayed 1 week but till last day all above problems were persistent and there was no one to list the complaints. Beware of this hotel / apartment and try as much possible not to check in here. Very poor management and place run by unprofessional agents. There is absolutely no one to here about your issues

Super spacious apartment

Room is really spacious but unfortunately this apartment hotel doesn’t hv a check-in counter, staff are always at e lobby to serve u, is quite weird. Generally glad to hv booked there!

一口で言うと残念

2月に２３日間利用しました。 部屋は26階とても広くて古くてもインテリアと合っていていい感じ 値段の割にはとても良い。 残念なのは掃除で壁に掛っている絵のガラスはカビだらけバスタブの中は汚れてるし掃除の時間は夜7時って時も掃除ができないんでタオルだけって時もありました。 エージェントに電話してもすぐ持っていくと言ってから2時間後ってのもありました。 タオルを忘れる日が何度かあってそれがストレスで結局バスタオルを2枚下のモールで購入しました。 ここはそうゆう所だと割り切ればいい所です。 ホテルにコインランドリーが無いので下着など小物は自分で洗濯するようで大変でした。 後、隣が工事中で夜までうるさかったのが残念でした。

Can be so much better

The hotel is nice but I didn't know what I booked was apartment. Overall quite comfort. The heater was not working, the agent came to service but the problem occur again the next day. The agent came with a man to service which lock the toilet door, this left me felt insecure. There's a broken door hid at the bottom of our sleeping bed. Nice but can be so much better

It was such a misleading information! It seems that this booking is through an agent. The check-in was very poor handled as this is actually through an agent. The personnel who handled our check-in was very rude and unprofessional. It affect the image of hotel.com by taking this kind of agents to be included in the web brochures.
