Improve hotels cleanliness

First of all, friendly staff yupp. But the hotel bed sheets is dirty, there’s mark all over the bed sheet. Pluss the towel also seems dirty too bcs the towel it’s like has been used to mopped the floor bcs the towel supposed to be white colour but this hotel towel is slightly black colour like it has been used to wipe dirty things. Please improve your cleanliness when it comes to bed sheets and towel 👍

Hotel close to city center, can easy get nice food

The hotel is good, nice staff and respond to guest request, sattle issue fast and positive. Overall the hotel is clean, just one thing, the air cond blow direct to face and head, so sleep condition is interrupted by the coolness of the air cond.

Pengalaman sepanjang penginapan saya di hotel yy48 sgt selesa dan keadaan bilik jugak sgt bersih dan sangat memuaskan. Ini merupakan kali kedua saya menginap di hotel ini. Saya memilih hotel ini kerana ianya berdekatan dengan segala kemudahan yg ada seperti lrt,restoran dan sebagainya. Harga hotel jugak sgt berpatutan dan memuaskan.

Good location, unfortunately LGBT unfriendly

The check in was fast and efficient. The position of the hotel is perfect to discover Kuala Lumpur, both using public transportation and by foot. They even have a room to store your luggage after the check out. The bad sheets were not exactly clean. However, the most unpleasant experience was that the receptionist apparently did not like our choice to book a double room with a queen bad, since we are two man. She asked if we could switch to two single beds. we said yes to avoid troubles.

Convenient and easy access to public transport.

Near to public transport n merdeka square and jalan tunku abdul rahman. Masjid jamek also nearby just a walking distance. Basically clean and acceptable, just during my stay the bedsheet not so clean got stain on it. Check in Check out easy n the front staff also helpful. Overall satisfied with my stay here.

We couldn't sleep because of the noise from a nearby bar. Also, you hear the LRT and traffic. Bring ear-plugs!

Good location in the ciry

Good location in the city, with aircon and a hot shower. Filtered water available in the corridor. Bed linen and towels not so clean with stains and holes! Good for a few days rest and to explore the city. Next to a main road and monorail line so be sure to request a high floor/ quiet room!

Very noisy as the room I get is near to lrt railway. I've used to book in this hotel though (now is my 3rd time), previously I got room at the back and it was comfort and nice. Will come to this hotel again, but will ask for the back room and level 3 and above.

Don't look anywhere else in KL

solo traveler throughout SE Asia. This place is the best accommodations. You just can't get better, if all you need is a safe, clean, and friendly place to stay. This is traveling at it's best, with a really manageable price tag.

Don't bother looking any further than yy48

Absolutely can't get away from this hotel. I have stayed 7 nights at different times in KL and I keep coming back here, all but once. Rooms are larger than most at this price, staff are exceptional people, bathroom and shower are top shape. Area has transportation, rail and buses, china town a few minutes walk, places to eat are everywhere. Culture and historic building. You can't do better for twice the money. thank you yy48

うるさい

エアコンの音、隣の部屋音、外の車の音、近隣のディスコの音、パトカーの音が夜はうるさく、気になる人は眠れません。一方で虫がいないことと悪臭はなくこの点は問題ありません。近くにコンビニもあり便利ですが夜は多少治安が悪い雰囲気でした。寝るときの騒音が気にならない人には宿泊費安く、駅も近いのでお勧めします。
