Große Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist recht groß. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Als wir angekommen sind, standen ein Teil der Gartenmöbel im Badezimmer, die wir erst mal wegschaffen mußten. Was uns auch gestört hat, es gab nicht ein Blatt Toilettenpapier, dass hatten wir noch nie. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Gegenüber ein großer Park, wenig Autoverkehr und recht nah am Zentrum.

Angenehme Wohnung in schönem ruhigen Umfeld und doch Zentral

Gesamteindruck sehr schöne Wohnung in einer schönen Lage und doch recht nah am Zentrum. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist eigentlich gut, nur ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch OK. Sind Kleinigkeiten einmal zu prüfen, sonst recht gut.
