"Die Unterkunft war schön, zwar an Hauptstraße und Schlafzimmer zur Straße (morgens Berufsverkehr) aber wir sind eh Frühaufsteher. Tolle große Terrasse über ganze Seite. Es müssten lediglich mal die Schranktüren nachgeschaut werden (teilweise defekt) und Leuchtmittel in Lampen ersetzt. Einkaufspromenade und Gaststätten waren ganz in Nähe. Zum Strand auch nicht weit und überall tolle Spielplätze für kids. Ich liebe auch diese Sauberkeit in den Kurorten. Komme gern wieder."

"Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte absprachegemäß direkt beim Vermieter. Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Wohnung ist zentrumsnah in Kühlungsborn Ost gelegen, ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand, gut mit PKW erreichbar. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Größe der Wohnung ist angemessen, ausreichend Schränke und Haken vorhanden. Küche und Bad waren in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise genauso wie das Geschirr schmutzig."

"Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Super Lage in Strandnähe. Allerdings ist das Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Nur wenig Bewegungsfläche neben dem relativ schmalen Doppelbett. Wir haben die Wohnung wirklich nur zum Übernachten genutzt und sind tagsüber unterwegs gewesen. Dann ist das o.k. Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr gut. Die kleinen aufgetretenen Probleme wurden sofort bearbeitet. Kann man sehr empfehlen."

"Wir, als kleine Familie hatten eine schöne Zeit in Kühlungsborn. Die FeWo war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Tiefgaragen Situation ist etwas merkwürdig und selbst mit unseren Kombi war dies leider etwas schwieriger, jedoch ist dies in der FeWo Beschreibung vermerkt. Zu Fuß war der Strand gut erreichbar und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß zu erreichen."
