Our stay is above expectations. Room size is good. Beds are comfortable. Location is good, with easy access to local tram and walking distance to Kumamoto Castle. Very close to Ginza shopping arcade. Breakfast was very good as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Terrible room wall, can hear the conversation noise from other room. Can't sleep until 2am! Not recommended if you seek for comfort stay
