"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Pretty mid stay. No help was offered for our many luggages to be brought up. One of the reception raised her voice at my mother while I was checking us in simply because she was slightly in the way of other guests walking to the counter. Laundry was taken out of the machine sopping wet by staff less than 10 minutes after the dry cycle ended because I couldn’t make it down there immediately lol. Cleaning staff were great although you need to let them know if you want your room cleaned at all. Room was smaller than expected but decent. Not bad but just mid."

"The location was right across from the station with a 711 in the hotel. Bathroom was small but did the job and was clean. We had a line for breakfast one morning but we were seated within a few minutes and the hot food was restocked quickly. Pretty much a nice place to stay in Kyoto. "
