"Overall, it is a nice place to stay when in Gothenburg central. The hotel is located in the central station which is very practical when coming by train or coach as well as going to the airport. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. The only thing was that in the room, it is impossible to open the windows as they were sealed to the wall. You could see the indoor courtyard but we had a difficult time with the heating system and with two people in the room, it was quite hot and no air flow. The receptionist told us that they could get the technician to come and check it but we thought that we didn't need it especially as we weren't there for the time that they would've been able to come. Other than that, it was a good hotel. "

Room very small (difficult to accommodate two small suitcases and two humans, with limited access to the other side of the bed) and overly complicated shower that seemed to only work on one setting. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location. "
