Great beach getaway

This place was great! My teenage sons and I stayed for the weekend and we had wonderful time. Perfect ocean front location! Very close to restaurants, shops and fishing pier.

Beautiful Condo in a great location

This is a lovely decorated condo right on the oceanfront. The small touches make this condo feel very homey and warm. The location is great and the beach is just a few feet away. We loved our stay.

Nice, quiet place

The apartment was perfect for us (two couples). It was clean and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean was phenomenal. The buildings and grounds were very well maintained, and the deck was a great place to hang out and watch the surf. I’d rent here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Condo with beautiful views and great location

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the 3rd floor deck is beautiful. The location is nice and having the condo amenities (pool, tennis courts, etc.) is a plus. The property manager (Bryant Real Estate) has an easy process of checking in/out. I would rent this condo again.

Great location

We enjoyed the condo very much. Loved the large open balcony. The condo was overall clean although there were a few stains on the cloth furniture and carpet in the bedrooms. As expected at a beach condo. We did like the private parking and the location was perfect, convenient but out of the busy area.

The fort, state park and acquarium are nice to visit. We would highly recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In a role it was born to play, the Bianchi Condo proved to be a hit for a family spending a week in Kure Beach. Everything was easy from renting to checking-in to checking-out. The chairs on the deck are amazing for watching the waves during the day or the stars at night. The condo was all around lovely and put in an amazing performance all the way until the fascinating “gear” clock on the wall told us it was time to go.

We've stayed at the property for the past 5-6 years and the owners keep the property well maintained and have made improvements over the years as well. Bryant RE was also very helpful as the wifi switched to a new account during our stay, they quickly dispatched a technician who got us reconnected.

NC Beach Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at Bianchi. We love this condo. The beach is quiet here and the bike lanes are awesome. We rode our bikes every day and walked the beautiful beach. The small family owned businesses are refreshing and the fact that chain restaurants are not there is great. We are considering retiring in this area in a few years. We will be back for sure.

Quick getaway

Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. Quick access too. Place was clean and had all we needed (with exception of broken dryer and ice maker which owner says they are replacing/repairing). Clubhouse pool and hot tub unusable due to too many chemicals that day. If you plan to go eat, plan in advance and allow lots of time for traffic and wait times. The unit itself was great. Beds comfy as well and back porch so peaceful!

What a view!

This unit was meticulously appointed and had a breathtaking view of the ocean! What a treat to see the sunrise over the Atlantic from the balcony while enjoying a cup of coffee. The decor is beautiful, beds comfortable, neighbors quiet. We couldn't ask for more. We were only there for a weekend visit, however in less than 2 days we enjoyed a great evening in Wilmington for dinner and then grabbed the Fort Fisher Ferry (which is only 2.5 miles away from the unit, ) on Saturday and enjoyed a nice ride over to Southport and Caswell Beach for the day. I would recommend this unit and would certainly not hesitate to rent it out again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a good location and the view is fantastic! The condo was well kept and spotless! You should be aware that there is little or no beach available when the tide is high and that access to the condo is up three (short) flights of stairs. Easy to find and close to many great restaurants and attractions. Catch the ferry over to Southport and spend the day; you won't regret it! We will definitely be returning!

Ocean Dunes Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Court, Ocean Dunes. Being right on the beach made all the difference. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo was exactly as advertised -- very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and located right on the beach. The spacious living room provided lots of good seating, with a large TV, with cable and Netflix, as well as a DVD player. The kitchen was newly-renovated with upscale appliances and was very well-equipped. Having a washer-dryer was certainly convenient, too.. The spacious decks off the living room and the front bedroom, provided the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. Kure Beach was a great location, definitely quieter than Carolina Beach, which was just up the road.

The unit is beautifully decorated; kitchen is well-stocked with all the right utensils; beds/pillows/seating are comfortable; parking was easy; wifi supported 3 people working/school. It's the perfect combination of comfort and luxury. This was our COVID getaway (we moved our bubble) and it was so easy to do so. Beach was quiet. Everything was simply amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at Bianchi and it was just as wonderful as the first year. Was a bit disappointed that neither of the clocks were working properly. While this may seem trivial, I love the working mechanics of them, they may have needed new batteries but was afraid to touch them as they were not our property. The place is in excellent condition. Truly enjoyed the black out curtains in the master and living room as opposed to the vertical shade. Thank you. Looking forward to planning another stay.
