Cute place!

Cute place right on the ocean. Spent a relaxing few days watching dolphins and pelicans. Can’t wait to go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a very nice stay for Mother's Day/UNC Wilmington Graduation weekend. Had a few very minor issues that management took care of promptly. We loved the location and would definitely book this property again.

Awesome property!!

The condo's location on Kure Beach was just incredible, and we loved staying there. Everything was very high end, and the sight and sound of the ocean was peaceful and tranquil. The hot tub at the rec center was OK, but the property itself was just awesome!!

Great stay in a great location

We had a fantastic week in this condo. It was in the perfect location and we loved the two balconies. It could use a new bed and the building needs a facelift but we had everything we needed and the management company was great to work with. We would recommend this condo to pretty much anyone

Perfect Beach Vacation

Everything I wanted for our family in a beach vacation! Perfect location! Easy beach access. Watched the sunrise from our deck! I rented a bicycle and there was a great little path. The ocean waves were the perfect soundtrack of the day.

Breezy beach front stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Compact and clean, this condo rental was easy to book and enjoy! We loved the two patios overlooking the beach, the easy access to the beach via an access walkway just next door to this unit, and the recreation facility with indoor pool and small playground.The kitchen is stocked with the very basics, so keep that in mind when you're planning your meals. We'd love to return one day!

Blown away with our stay!!!

From the moment we entered the condo we were thoroughly impressed!!! The view made us feel right on the water. It was convenient to walk to the beach, enjoy the ocean and all the other great things the island has to offer!!! We loved every minute and the great accommodations made it so wonderful!!! We loved that the condo had everything we needed. We just had to show up with clothes and enjoy!!!! We’ll be back to this location next year!!! Already started planning!!!! :)

Great views and Quiet atmosphere

Loved everything! We had great time but left a day earlier because of storm. The ocean seemed angry but it was awesome to see that and hear it. The pools were clean as well as all the property around us. Only drawback is that there is required paid parking almost everywhere you go and it’s not that cheap. But that is not the fault of this property owner or manager.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this vacation rental was great! It was right on the water and the main road, very convenient. The only thing I would say that wasn't disclosed is that the second bedroom has a window leak, so if it rains you want to make sure none of your belongings are near there. Other than that it was a great, clean place to stay and would for sure recommend it!

The property was beautiful and spacious, clean, and well maintained.

The location was amazing....beautiful views and beach access right outside the door. The pools on the property were a great bonus. The only improvements I could recommend is to have maybe a recliner in the living room (I have a bad back and there really wasn’t a place comfortable enough for me to sit) and black out curtains in the master bedroom (we don’t always want to rise with the sun on vacation!). It would also be great if maybe the second bedroom had a twin over double bunk beds so at least 3 kids could sleep there comfortably. Otherwise, fantastic place. I would totally rent it again!

Always a great stay with A1

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay on the island in an A1 rental every year and we have never had a complaint. In the 8 years we have vacationed with A1, they have always had clean and welcoming rentals that are exactly as advertised on their website. I haven’t had to speak with the team much since we haven’t had any issues, but when I email with questions or clarifications they are always friendly and answer quickly. I will continue this tradition for as long as I can convince the kids to hang out with me and tour the island restaurants and ice cream shops.

Excellent condo, great location, great ocean view

It was our first time at Kure beach and this place hit the mark. Spacious condo. Clean. Two balconies with great views. There really isn’t any beach to lay on directly in front of the balcony, just a small dune and the ocean. That was actually nice because it gave you privacy and the part of the beach you lay on is only 50 yards to the right. We liked that. The hospitality service was great and the guy that takes care of the place is super nice and responsive. Highly recommend this condo.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL & RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

This property was the perfect stay! We took a girls trip for a few days and could not have been happier with the outcome. The condo was completely updated and very nicely decorated. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect size with plenty of storage and the showers were very clean and nicely up to date, which can often be hard to find at most beach rentals. My favorite part was of course being on the beach, I could wake up every morning and see the beach directly in front of me from BOTH balcony views and it was WONDERFUL! Also, when walking to the beach the access is right beside the condo and just a few steps away! The beach was not crowded and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy the sun rays while listening to the ocean waves. We will definitely be considering 703 of Ocean Dunes in the future and hope anyone else will too! :)

ok...beachfront was disappointing

the condo was clean and reasonably appointed. I have no complaints regarding the accommodations. The weather was bad the whole week. My biggest complaint was the beachfront itself which seems to be an issue on more than one place I have stayed on Kure Beach,i.e. I like to walk, but not on a slant. The only flat area to walk on is away from ocean in the deep sand-which is no fun.My partner likes this beach which is why I booked it, but I doubt if I will again. I prefer wider, flatter beach fronts and this place generally falls short of that criteria.
