As you enter the home, you are welcomed into the ground floor foyer. The first floor of the home offers a full bathroom and a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs you are welcomed by the stunning hardwood floors that guide you to the sleeping quarters. The first bedroom offers a pyramid bunk bed with a twin over a full bed, as well as a twin trundle. There is a television and attached jack and jill bathroom for added convenience. A second guest bedroom shares access to the jack and jill bathroom and is furnished with a queen-sized bed. The queen guest room also has a private deck. Across the hallway you will find the primary bedroom complete with a en-suite bathroom that features dual sinks and a walk-in shower stall.

The top floor of this beautiful home is accented by wood floors and spacious floor plan. An open concept living room makes a wonderful gathering space for families and seamlessly flows to the kitchen and dining area. A large sectional sofa provides ample sitting room for everyone to spread out and snuggle up on the couch together. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry to store all your groceries, and everything you need to make your favorite meals. There is a deck off the dining area with a cozy outdoor sofa so that you can kick back in the salt air and listen to the waves crashing in the background. The lively and entertaining Carolina Beach is a quick 5-minute drive and offers more restaurants, shopping, a carnival from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and the famous Britt's Donuts on the boardwalk during the summer season.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Boats, Smoking, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
