"Stayed at Hotel New Otani Hakata and overall had a pleasant experience. The service was excellent—staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help, which really made the stay comfortable. The hotel itself, however, feels a bit dated. The rooms and facilities are well-maintained but could benefit from some modernization. That said, the great service and convenient location still make it a solid choice for a stay in Fukuoka."

"The only 2 things I didn't like is the staff cleaned m'y room whitout me asking. I know it's good intention but I'm not confortable with people going in my room whitout knowing. Laundry machine are not good, the iron I used was not working very well."

"There are laundromats but only three. Wi-Fi is ok and the television, though supports screen mirroring, fails to play Netflix or Prime due to copyright stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful. They could help to receive my Amazon deliveries and keep my large luggage till I returned to stay with them after some side trips."

"A very modern and stunning hotel locating at a friendly and beautiful neighborhood. Very helpful staff and they did recognized your Expedia grade! Room is comparatively spacious as compared to traditional Japanese hotel. A walkable distance to the Hakata Train Station and they do offer free parking !"
