"10畳の和室でしたが、コンセントの差し込み口が枠より沈んでいて、充電があまり出来なかった。敷布団が2枚敷いてあるけど、薄くて寝心地がイマイチだった。料理や大浴場は良かった。大浴場のシャワーがとてもよかったし、大浴場の酒粕のパックが良かった。スタッフの対応は笑顔で最高でした。"

"前回5月に行ったときは駐車場料金が無料だったのに、今回は二泊で６００円請求があった。？となったが、情勢が変わったのか、聞きもしなかった。食事は朝食のみ利用しているが、あと少し料理のバラエティが欲しい。ウェルカムドリンクサービスに気が付いて、初日に利用した。良かったと思う。建てられてからが長いホテルだと思うので、設備の古さは否めないが、水俣のビジホが少ないし、食品を購入できるお店の最寄りなので、利便性は高い。マットレスの古さや洗面スペースの古さが気になるがこれも致し方ない。きっと帰省のたびに利用するだろう。スタッフは皆さん親切だ。"
