The breakfast was amazing delivered straight to your balcony to enjoy by the pool . The location is right in the centre of town so you can walk everywhere. 「Lovely stay at Lavella Villas with a nice breakfast including coffee or tea and fruit. The lady on reception was always helpful. Recommend staying at Lavella Villas. To improve further, suggest an insect mess on the bathroom window to prevent mosquitos and avoid having to keep the bathroom door closed which would help with ventilation noting evidence of mould on the bathroom roof (unit 5).」

「The location is amazing, the rooms quite nice but my stay was dreadful and its one of the worst places i have stayed in 35 years of coming to Indonesia. Power kept tripping out in room and the noise at night was awful from traffic and dogs. What made it sting more, was staff and management knew these were issues and still put me in there. No reception or manager on site. Wifi was unstable when working.」

「I had a great week at Porter hotel. The best part of the hotel is the staff, they’re all so friendly, helpful and make the stay extra special. The room was cleaned every day and had everything I needed. The food at the hotel is really good, in fact I think the best meals I had on my trip were at the hotel. If one criticism I would say the immense amount of noise from the building site Nextdoor made it too noisy to be at the hotel during the day which was unfortunate and a bit disappointing. I...

「The ac didnt work, and the room had mold in multiple areas」

「The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.」
