Good price, pray you don't get partier by your roo

Good low price place in the heart of the action but first night guys below were partying outside of their room at 3am. The staff, especially Eddy and komar were great. Do a day trip with komar, good price and see alot. Had to change room because top floor had no hot water ☹️

Nie! Nie rezerwuj, tragedia, porażka, skandal!

Koszmar, fatalnie, najgorsze miejsce w jakim byłem. Zimna woda, biegające karaluchy i szczury, meble z czasów budowy świątyni w Uluwatu. Wszechobecny, grzyb, brud, kurz, lampa nie widziała ścierki chyba od wycofania się okupacji Holenderskiej. Stanowczo NIE polecam, nie wybierajcie tego miejsca nawet za darmo. zmarnowany urlop. Czekam na rozpoznanie reklamacji. Po paru dniach się wyprowadziliśmy i na własny koszt zmieniliśmy hotel.

Good for the price

Good location for staying in kuta. Hotel is quite run down but is good value for money. I had a superior room, air con was nice bed was comfy but the room was generally unclean and the bathroom is very old, tired and had lots of fly's.

The actual room looked nothing like the picture at the time of booking. Very old, dirty room and didn't enjoy the stay there. The staff was nice and friendly.

Bad place

This hotel is thumbs down...rooms are so outdated with stinky bathroom. Our room was facing the pool where two nights in a row a bunch of noisy young kids were drinking and partying from 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. We hardly slept. If you do decide to book...BOOK ONLINE cause walking in price doubles. I give this place ZERO STARS.

Bed was good and the aircon worked well..... The bathroom was extremely old with a weird smell, possibly some kind of cleaning agent., and the aircon outlet is piped halfway down the bathroom wall and just drips and splashes on to the floor.... But the killer for us was the fluoro light outside the door which lights up the entire ropm all night..... very little sleep. We checked out the first morning, didn't even try the breakfast or bother asking for refund for the other 6 nights.... Very cheap, so wasn't expecting a lot but we couldn't dgah....

Chambre spartiate, salle de bain vétuste, sale (reste de papier toilette collé au sol, poussièreux). Seuls les draps semblaient propres. On a du réclamé le papier toilette et les serviettes de bains (effilochées). Petit déjeuner à peu près correct. On en a pour notre argent. Pas surprenant. Convient pour une nuit avant son vol de départ ou aux petits budgets. Personnel sympathique.

Correct pour le prix

Excellent accueil, nous sommes arrivés à 1h30 du matin à l'hôtel à cause de notre vol et quelqu'un était présent pour nous accueillir. Par contre, lors de la réservation nous avions demandé qu'une shuttle vienne nous chercher à l'aéroport (service normalement proposé par l'hôtel sur demande) mais nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse et aucun moyen de les contacter (à part un numéro de téléphone local...), nous nous sommes donc débrouillé par nous mêmes. Un effort pourrait être fait quant à la propreté de la chambre, nous avons trouvé un cafard dans la sdb.

Does it’s job, you get what you pay for.

Good value for money. We stayed for three nights, there was a pool and about a ten minute walk from the beach. Downside is lots of ants, fan was poor and there was no ac and a lot of light comes through in the morning. Also, the hotel is down a small lane and there was always kids at the end of the road asking us to buy things from them, which we always politely declined. However they got persistent and started following us into the mini mart opposite and were trying to get us to buy stuff for them, trying to add stuff on at the checkout and picking up items we’d selected asking if it was for them. Very annoying.

Convenient location, dirty rooms

This hotel is at convenient location in Kuta, a bit busy but near to the beach and shopping malls. The pool by the hotel was nice, but rooms not so much! We had to change rooms 2 times. Rooms are dirty, shower seems moldy and bed sheets and towels were stained. There are small bugs/ants in the rooms. In the standard room, shower didn't have any hot water and the wifi didn't work inside the room, so we changed rooms and were charged 80 000 rupiahs per night to change. If this is place to sleep for you, it might be okay. If you want a clean room, this is not a place for you!

It was great value as I only paid £6 for the room. However, it was very basic I was given no towel or toilet roll and my room was crawling with ants. The pool area was fabulous though and made it even better value for money. I would recommend improving the standard of hygiene in the basic rooms as they are poor.
