We stayed here before our flight. Everything was wonderful. The staff were kind and made check in so easy and quick. The beds were so comfortable. It is a convenient 5-10 minute walk to the airport from here, making it perfect for early flights!

We stayed for just one night after coming from the Nusa Islands, with an early flight the next morning. You can never go wrong with a Marriott stay, and this one was no exception. The location is excellent — very close to the airport, with plenty of great restaurants and massage places within walking distance. We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport. While I had hoped they would provide complimentary transport (as mentioned on their website), the drivers were only available after 12 pm, which was a little disappointing. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly noted online. That said, Grab was very affordable and convenient, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we still enjoyed our short stay and found it to be a reliable and comfortable option near the airport.

Great property to stay as you arrive or depart Kuta. We like quiet hence why we didn’t stay longer. A quick walk to the beach, tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was included and provided many options. Staff get 10/10!

Good location, close to the airport and they offer shuttle service. The only caveat is the shuttle can only carry up to 3 passengers plus the luggage (depending on how much you have). We were traveling with a larger group with more luggage so we were a little concerned once told about the transportation restrictions just before our flight. But, the staff kindly helped us book a cab to transport the remainder of the guests and our luggage and we all arrived to the airport safely and on time. The restaurant staff is so friendly and their customer service is exceptional!

There restaurant isn’t worth the price, the hotel is far from everything, there is no AC in the restaurant, you have to pay for shuttle to and from the airport even though it stated it was offered. Can find way better hotels near everything for less.

Lovely staff, our room was ready early which was a bonus as we were only checking in for 7-8hours before heading to airport for our late flight. There was some loud construction noise for most of our time there but as we were only staying a few hours it didnt bother us too much. Walking distance to beach, cafes, shopping and of course the airport. So very happy overall.

The only thing that was very frustrating was when we arrived to the airport we’re looking for the airport shuttle to find out they didn’t have one. They said we have to schedule it and also have to pay for it. Means it’s not offered like it states on Expedia. We had to pay 200,000. The hotel it self is really nice expect my blackout curtains wouldn’t close all the way and people across from our room could see in. The staff is amazing very sweet, kind, and professional. The shower pressure is great although the waterfall head didn’t work but the other hand one worked. The breakfast is overpriced but very yummy and the hand made coffee was great. If you need something close to the airport this is it. Will stay again when we leave since it’s near the airport. Amazing staff.

The location is good. It’s very close to the airport, shopping area,restaurant and the beach. The employees are excellent. Very courteous, helpful and quick to respond. The bathroom is too slippery and needs a grab bar while showering especially for senior citizens. It’s not safe. The towels are too old. It’s gray in color instead of white.

The hotel itself is average. The staff is great The breakfast is best part of hotel The restaurant is a problem. They have a great main menu, the people is half of what you prefer and usually the best items are unavailable. Apparently hey have a poor supplier so are out of stock on menu items all the time. I stayed for 7 days and some no of the items were never available. They also offer a promotion on pre paid food at the restaurant which is kind of a bait and switch If you pre pay 800,000 IDR they way the benefit is 1,00,000 million IDR in food and drinks. What they actually means is 200,000 IDR for a total of 1,000,000 of which you paid 800,000 for It’s very easy to think you pay 800k and get 1m for a towel of 1.8m the way it’s advertised but this isn’t true You only get 200k credit on the 800k paid The area around is very dirty, many spas and massages but not a single one seemed clean so I paaaes on them all. Stay dogs also are in abundance, happy all friendly but still. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and local food places offer very very below average food taste wise I wouldn’t stay in this area again and if I booked a room it would be at holiday inn which is closer to the beach instead of this hotel Having said all that the staff was friendly and they do a good job with what hey have to work with

We stayed 6 nights and overall it was an enjoyable stay. The only problem is that the building noise transmission is not so good and at times there was noise trnsmitted from the floor above and from the corridor.

Comfortable airport stay, minor flaws

We stayed at this hotel for one night before an early flight, and overall, it was a good choice as an airport hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which was our main priority. The room was clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day of traveling. One major downside was that the hotel shuttle only operates after 12 PM, something we weren’t informed about when booking. Since the main reason we chose this hotel was the advertised airport shuttle, this was disappointing and caused extra hassle and cost for us. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a pool, which was a nice feature, but nothing too special. The view was pleasant, but the area itself felt just okay rather than impressive. There are several restaurants nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat without needing to travel far. In summary: A solid option for a short airport stay—clean, comfortable, and well-located—but the lack of clear information about shuttle times affected our overall experience.
