Bra service med tråkigt närområde

Family Beach Hotel var ett hotel med bra standard och bra service. Närområdet i sig var inget att hurra för, men det var ganska generellt för hela Kuta Lombok. Frukosten var gratis, positivt i sig, men ganska snål.

Value for money wasn't there. Despite being on the cheaper end of hotels in Kuta, my stay was not an enjoyable one. The main reasons for this; the shower leaked continuously; the bathroom door didn't close; tv didn't work as advertised; AC barely made a difference. On the positive side the hotel is; in a good location; sheets were clean; staff were quick and friendly.

Les draps étaient très fin et le drap recouvrant le matelas était troué, la salle de bain étais sale le toilette coulait, les serviettes de toilettes etais taché avec des trous énorme. n’était pas propre et aucune commodité, le frigo ne fonctionnait pas et avait plein d’eau dedans de plus il dégager une odeur nauséabonde. J’ai fait plus d’une 20 eme d’hôtel en Indonésie pendant ce voyage et celui ci est de loin le pire. Car meme pour le prix bas j’ai eu beaucoup mieux dans d’autres hôtel

Der var mug og fugt i væggene, der var generelt ikke rent! Toiletter var klamt med tid, og loftet på badeværelse var ødelagt i et hjørne pga fugt. Håndklæderne og lagnerne virkede ikke rene

The photos that sold me on this place looked unreal. Nice Mediterranean looking accommodation next to the ocean. Amazing looking food, reviews stating how clean it was. But, this was 1973.. now it's run down & the uncared for. They ran out of toilet rolls & we had to source our own. The A/C & TV didn't work.. The rooms aren't serviced. The towels you start with, stay with you for the duration of your stay. No coffee /tea station in room.. the music from the bars on both sides & the doof doof crap seems to go all night..On the positive side, the pool was nice & clean beds to sleep in. Not too mouldy.. On the whole.. it's cheap & below average.

房間大，也乾淨，除了沒有吹風機這點都很棒，飯店位於KUTA BEACH進來後的右手邊快到底的地方，也是KUTA BEACH海岸線最前排，服務人員每個都很親切，進出都會打招呼，原定機場接送的司機很可惡的沒來，緊急請飯店幫忙，連保全都出動載我們去機場，當然有給錢並且給平時更多一點的費用

Please do not come , very horrible place . They cut off water in morning , weak wifi , dirty balcony , worst of all , it is used as meeting place, sometimes sing till 9pm, sometimes till 11pm, with loud speaker, do not expect the door can block the sound .

Vervelend personeel

In de paar dagen dat wij hier verbleven is de kamer geen enkele keer schoongemaakt. Handdoeken moet je zelf om vragen en ook als het halve rolletje wc papier op is moet je zelf naar de receptie om een nieuwe te vragen. Zodra je incheckt krijg je al een folder onder je neus gedrukt met een dure surfles en iedere dag wordt er weer naar je geschreeuwd of je een surfles wil afnemen. Ook al zeg je dat je hier niet in geïnteresseerd bent. Hetzelfde gaat op voor de scooters die je kan huren. De eerste dag hadden we al aangegeven onze reis door Indonesië af te sluiten in Kuta met een paar rustige stranddagen en dat we blij waren dat het strand zo dichtbij, op loopafstand, was. Binnen 5 minuten lopen ben je daar dus we hadden geen behoefte aan een scooter. Bij inchecken en twee dagen voor het uitchecken kwam er meerdere keren per dag, elke keer dat we langs de receptie liepen na ontbijt/lunch/strand/waar dan ook, of we al vervoer hadden voor de vervolgreis. Het antwoord was elke keer hetzelfde, maar de vraag werd steeds opdringeriger gesteld. Na het definitieve uitchecken werden we zelfs nog even gevolgd door iemand die bleef volhouden een "cheap local price" te kunnen aanbieden voor het vervoer. Erg onplezierig.

CheckIn ohne Probleme Koffer wurden auf das Zimmer getragen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkte alles ordentlich und sauber, jedoch hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Bettlagen sehr nach Salz rochen. Unsere Vermutung wurde am zweiten Tag bestätigt, da wir sahen wie die Servicekräfte die Wäsche im Freien zum Trocknen aufgehängt haben. Das Bad mehr als einfach. Recht dunkel, Dusche hatte nicht mal einen Duschvorhang oder Ähnliches. Die Toilette haben wir erstmal selbst mit einem Desinfektionsmittel desinfiziert. Für zwei Nächte, wenn man keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat und sich mit dem Einfachsteb zufrieden gibt, geht es schon.

Super-friendly staff, great location

The name of the hotel is very suiting because they really make you feel like family! When I first arrived I didn't have a converter to charge my phone so the person working there took me on his moto to a store to buy one.

We kregen een gratis upgrade van onze kamer, terras met zeezicht. Leuk personeel, erg eerlijk en behulpzaam bijvoorbeeld met het regelen van activiteiten of vervoer.
