I hope this letter finds you well. I recently had the displeasure of staying at your establishment and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.
Upon arrival, I immediately noticed several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay. Firstly, the sink in my room was blocked, making it impossible to use effectively. Additionally, I encountered an alarming number of mosquitoes throughout the room, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. Furthermore, to my dismay, there were lizards present in both the bathroom and near the toilet area, which was both unsanitary and unsettling.
As a paying guest, I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain level of cleanliness and functionality during my stay. Unfortunately, these issues greatly detracted from my overall experience and left me feeling extremely disappointed.
